Vidal M.Z., de 27 años, fue declarado culpable del delito de violación de infante, niña, niño o adolescente con agravante cometido en contra de una niña, de 12 años, por lo que el Tribunal de Sentencia de Ivirgarzama lo condenó a 25 años de privación de libertad en la cárcel de El Abra.
La fiscal departamental, Nuria Gonzáles, informó que el Ministerio Público presentó todas la pruebas colectadas, entre ellas la declaración de la víctima, el certificado médico forense, el informe de ecografía de la niña que da cuenta de su estado de gestación.
Sobre el caso, la fiscal de materia Amanda Medrano detalló que el hecho se registró en el municipio de Puerto Villarroel a inicios de 2016.
La niña se quedaba sola en su casa cuando sus padres iban a trabajar al terreno de unos vecinos que eran sus arrendatarios. El hijo del propietario de los terrenos aprovechaba esa situación e ingresaba a la casa de la víctima para agredirla sexualmente. La amenazó para callarla y las violaciones se repitieron por meses.
La madre de la niña notó cambios en su comportamiento y le pidió que confíe en ella. Su hija le contó que estaba siendo víctima de violación por Vidal M.Z. y, de inmediato, la llevó a un hospital donde les hicieron conocer que estaba embarazada.
La progenitora denunció la violación agravada ante la Fiscalía. El autor fue aprehendido y en recientes días recibió su sentencia.
